Wada Aircraft Technology Co., Ltd.
Haruhi Factory
Wada Aircraft Technology was founded in 1955 when Japan was first beginning to achieve rapid economic growth. The following year the basic concept for the YS-11, Japan's first domestically produced passenger aircraft, was announced, as the airline industry also saw the beginning of a new era. Over half a century has since passed and Wada Aircraft Technology continues to manufacturer aircraft parts and tools. In February 2009 administrative functions and some plant functions were transferred to the new Haruhi plant. Four plants are managed from this site. The distinctive office space is unified with a relaxed, modern interior that expresses the company's progressiveness.
