AUN CONSULTING is a consulting company that provides clients with ideas for Web promotions, primarily using search engine marketing, or SEM. The company wanted to consolidate offices with its Web production subsidiary in order to raise operational synergies. The main goal for the office was how much it could bring out the qualities of both companies on one floor and facilitate collaborative work. In order to achieve this goal the AUN Cafe and a Japanese-style room "Shiba" were established to implement an address-free system for the sales division and promote communication. The new office environment was also designed while considering information security management system issues.
