SEKISUI HEIM Chubu Co. Ltd.

Head Office and Nagoya Branch Office

SEKISUI HEIM Chubu has relocated from the Dainagoya Building in front of Nagoya Station to the NHK Building in Sakae because the Dainagoya Building is being reconstructed.
The design of the Nagoya Branch Office (sales division) is inspired by the Arc de Triomphe in Paris, a magnet space is in the center of the office, and the office desks are laid out centered on the magnet space, with the main lines of flow radiating outwards, ensuring that all of the employees can move through the magnet space. Furthermore, a communication space has been established adjacent to the magnet space to revitalize communication across divisions.
In the customer meeting space used for confirming the final content of proposals with the customers, the eight separate rooms suggested by SEKISUI HEIM Chubu are recreated as meeting rooms, so that space can be secured while holding meetings. In addition, in the open lounge there is a collection of books with information about homes, creating an environment in which information can be gathered easily.
