This Notice supplements the information contained in the Okamura Corporation Privacy Policy and applies to California residents under the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). If there is any inconsistency between this Notice and our Privacy Policy, this Notice will take precedence.

This Notice uses certain terms as defined in the CPRA and its implementing regulations.

| Purposes of Collection and Use of Personal Information

Okamura Corporation has collected the following categories of personal information from consumers, distributors, and agents over the past 12 months for the purposes of responding to inquiries, selling products, responding to feedback and requests, providing maintenance and support services, advertising, announcements, and offering products, services, events, seminars, and promotions (including advertising, announcements, and offerings based on the analysis of web browsing history and other similar information):

- Identifiers including real name, postal address, online identifier, Internet Protocol address, email address, and account name.

- Personal information described in subdivision (e) of Section 1798.80, including name, signature, social security number, address, telephone number, bank account number, and credit card number.

- Commercial information, including products or services purchased, obtained, or considered, or other purchasing or consuming histories or tendencies.

- Internet or other electronic network activity information, including browsing history, search history, and information regarding a consumer’s interaction with an internet website application, or advertisement.

- Geolocation data

- Inferences drawn from any of the above to create a profile about a consumer reflecting the consumer’s preferences, characteristics, psychological trends, predispositions, behavior, attitudes, intelligence, abilities, and aptitudes.

The network activity information is mostly collected using cookies or similar technologies.  Please refer to our Cookie Policy for more details on how such information is collected and used.

Some of the information collected by Okamura Corporation may fall under the category of sensitive personal information. 

| Retention Period for Personal Information

Okamura Corporation will retain and process personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, unless we have a legal right or obligation to retain such personal data for a longer period or we need such personal data to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim.

| Disclosure of Personal Information

In the past 12 months, Okamura Corporation has disclosed the above categories of personal information to distributors or agents for business purposes if you have instructed us to do so. We have also disclosed the above categories of personal information to service providers and contractors for the above business purposes.

To the extent permitted by law, information that is collected through our websites and network services may be disclosed with our analytics and advertising partners. Our disclosure of your personal information to those third-party vendors may constitute a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information.

Okamura Corporation does not intentionally collect, sell, or share the personal information of any minor under the age of 16.

You have the following rights:

- The right to request Okamura Corporation to disclose your personal information we collected and certain information regarding such personal information, provided, however, that the provision of the requested information cover only the 12-month period preceding your request if we determine that providing information beyond the 12-month period in response to your request is impossible or would involve a disproportionate amount of effort in accordance with the standards specified in the regulations of Section 1798.185 of the CPRA; and

- The right to request Okamura Corporation delete personal information in our possession or correct inaccurate personal information.

- The right to limit sale, sharing and use of your personal information and limit the use of your sensitive personal information.

If you enable GPC or DNT, cookies other than strictly necessary cookies and functional cookies are disabled regardless of the settings in the Privacy Preference Center.  Our websites process GPC signal in a frictionless manner. 

Okamura Corporation will not discriminate on the basis of the reason for the exercise of these rights.

Okamura Corporation needs to verify your identity before responding to your request for the exercise of these rights. Please respond to our request for additional personal information using the form provided by us.

If we cannot verify your identity, we may deny your request to exercise these rights.

| Authorized Agent

If you are an agent authorized to submit a request on behalf of a California resident, you must provide us with a copy of the legal power of attorney or the written authorization from the California resident as well as your proof of identity. If you make a request as an authorized agent, you will receive additional instructions from us, and we may contact you or the California resident.
