This Notice supplements the information contained in the Okamura Corporation Privacy Policy and applies to California residents under the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). If there is any inconsistency between this Notice and our Privacy Policy, this Notice will take precedence.
This Notice uses certain terms as defined in the CPRA and its implementing regulations.
Okamura Corporation has collected the following categories of personal information from consumers, distributors, and agents over the past 12 months for the purposes of responding to inquiries, selling products, responding to feedback and requests, providing maintenance and support services, advertising, announcements, and offering products, services, events, seminars, and promotions (including advertising, announcements, and offerings based on the analysis of web browsing history and other similar information):

- Internet or other electronic network activity information, including browsing history, search history, and information regarding a consumer’s interaction with an internet website application, or advertisement.
- Geolocation data
- Inferences drawn from any of the above to create a profile about a consumer reflecting the consumer’s preferences, characteristics, psychological trends, predispositions, behavior, attitudes, intelligence, abilities, and aptitudes.
The network activity information is mostly collected using cookies or similar technologies. Please refer to our Cookie Policy for more details on how such information is collected and used.
Some of the information collected by Okamura Corporation may fall under the category of sensitive personal information.
Okamura Corporation will retain and process personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, unless we have a legal right or obligation to retain such personal data for a longer period or we need such personal data to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim.
In the past 12 months, Okamura Corporation has disclosed the above categories of personal information to distributors or agents for business purposes if you have instructed us to do so.
