Okamura’s Exhibit at NeoCon2024 Wins iF DESIGN AWARD 2025

The exhibit presented by Okamura Corporation at NeoCon 2024, North America’s leading commercial interior design trade show, has been honored with the prestigious iF DESIGN AWARD 2025, organized by Germany’s iF International Forum Design GmbH.
From June 10 to 12, 2024, Okamura participated in NeoCon 2024, held in Chicago, Illinois, USA. The company’s exhibit was themed “To the last detail.”, a concept that embodies Okamura’s commitment to craftsmanship and meticulous attention to the often-overlooked aspects of product design—such as the unseen back sides of chairs, hidden structures, and the manufacturing process itself.
The exhibit was composed of four areas—Installation, Engineering, Scene, and Feeling Room—offering a comprehensive and immersive experience. Visitors were invited to explore the comfort of new materials, discover the beauty concealed beneath seat bases, and sense the craftsmanship embedded within backrests, all from unique and thoughtfully designed perspectives. The creative direction for the exhibit was led by Nippon Design Center Inc., bringing a refined and expressive visual concept to life.
