Our goal was to create an environmentally friendly chair with a simple and timeless design and optimal seating comfort.

The backrest shell, seat and frame are formed from one single piece of resin, giving e.n.a. a sense of unity.

Designer

Targeting co-creation spaces that require stylish solutions, e.n.a. was born from our collaboration with ITO Design where the goal was to create a chair that could represent Okamura’s existing lineup. ITO Design is a German design firm that has produced a variety of furniture designs and received numerous design awards. To create a classic look, particular emphasis was placed on achieving the appearance of seamless unity between the shell and pipe leg frame.
