Okamura will exhibit at NeoCon 2022

Okamura Corporation will exhibit at NeoCon 2022, which will be held in Chicago, Illinois (USA) from June 13 (Monday) to 15 (Wednesday), 2022. NeoCon is the largest commercial interiors trade show in North America, and has been held annually since 1969.

At NeoCon 2022, we will exhibit CYNARA office seating, which will be launched in North America. CYNARA is an office seating solution that was introduced in Japan in November 2020. Its clean and light design complements any interior, and its simple structure provides a comfortable seating experience. Its lightweight design and pursuit of resource conservation contributes to the reduction of CO2 emissions during manufacturing and delivery. Ergonomic and environmentally conscious, CYNARA supports today’s diverse and fluid work styles.

In addition, CYNARA has acquired LEVEL® certification, a global environmental certification by BIFMA, the U.S. office furniture industry association, which evaluates products, manufacturing facilities and companies on the environmental and social impact of furniture in the built environment.

The Okamura booth will also feature Finora office seating and Drape work booths (which have also received LEVEL certification), and Phlox, a new collection of lounge furniture whose components were selected and designed with environmental impact in mind. The exhibition will also showcase Okamura’s efforts to reduce environmental impact and its philosophy of craftsmanship for the realization of a sustainable society.
